My teeth are not very good but to two mouth accidents when I was younger and my dentist put me on a strong version of another brand. I actually found this brand was making my teeth worse. I saw this because of the added mouthwash and gave it a go whilst stopping the prescribed toothpaste. My mouth greatly improved and my dentist to this day still thinks it was due to the medicated prescribed toothpaste ( I know it's not as I have been on this version ever since). You also get a free toothbrush and dental tooth picks included in the pack.
