Good Camera and features at this price point.
After spending a ton of time looking at different PTZ camera options I settled on the Jennov model for a few reasons. 1: The price was competitive to other cameras with similar options. 2: At the time they seemed to actually have customer service (and an actual web site). Before deciding on this camera I sent a message to their support asking for a link to the manual. Within ½ a day they had responded back with the link. After all of my research I came to the conclusion that I was not expecting a whole lot from a sub $200 camera, however after receiving this camera and setting it up I was pleasantly surprised at how well it functioned overall. Yes it does have some down sides, but at it’s price point I think you would be hard pressed finding a better solution. The positives: A great picture in the day time, as well as at night. The long zoom range is very nice and is one of the features I was looking for. I have another PTZ of a different make that I bought about 5 years ago that offers a long range zoom also, but it’s focusing is super slow. I was worried about that with this Jennov model but I am happy to say that it’s focus speed is decent. I mean it’s not cell phone camera fast…but plenty fast enough. The panning speed could be a bit faster but overall it gets the job done. This camera will also pan a full 360 degrees. Not 350 or 355 like some others. This is nice because you can complete a whole circle if need be and not have to stop at its limit and spin all the way back the previous direction. A very nice feature of this camera is the ability to tilt higher than the straight forward 90 degrees. This camera has the ability to tilt up about 10 or 15 deg above horizontal. This is very helpful when you want to zoom in on an object. The human motion tracking actually works quite well. The camera will put a box around the subject and do it’s best to follow, zoom in on and track the subject. After the person/motion is no longer in sight the camera will return to its original home preset location after 10sec or so. I have not had any issues with it losing that home location as can be the case with some PTZ cameras. The camera linked up with Blue Iris software without issue (including PTZ control and audio). I was also able to connect it to 2 different android app’s that I use; Onvier and IP Cam Viewer, as well as their recommended VideoLink. The camera conveniently offers 3 stream quality profiles and each can be adjusted to your liking from 4k all the way down to 480x360. The 2 way audio worked well. I am able to hear people outside and they are able to hear me. The camera has very good volume. It was default set to 90% and I left it at that setting and it is plenty loud. The negatives: As with all of these Chinese cameras the software can be a bit challenging to understand and not all of the functions listed in the software actually apply to this camera model. For instance, listed in the settings is the one for Intelligent Detection. In there you will find check boxes for the type of detections you want from Human, Car, Motorcycle, (grayed out E Bike), Bicycle, and (grayed out Fire). *If using auto tracking make sure you only check Human, as Jennov has told me; the camera only supports Human tracking. I did check the box for Car and the camera was freaking out and kept trying to track the parked cars in my driveway, never stopping and returning to its home position. Nighttime IR mode for me has produced a blown out image of people at closer distances. I am sure this can be somewhat over come with the tweaking of the settings. I have not found the sweet spot yet. My situation may also be harder than most as I have several other cameras whose IR lighting may be playing a role in the over lighting of subjects. Thankfully I did not have any issues with nighttime ghosting of moving subjects. So overall I feel this is a solid camera for its price point and don’t think you will find anything better in this price range with its included features and responsive customer support. Is it comparable to a $400-$500 Amcrest/Hikvision/Dahua? No, but it is also not that price either… This is a solid higher-middle of the road camera and is priced accordingly. I have included a day and night pic for reference.

Great Camera, Easy Setup!
I purchased this camera as the heart of my video surveillance system in our new house. I had such a system at our prior home but had experienced issues with setup and stability of the more expensive cameras I based that system on. Cameras randomly dropped their IP connection and sometimes disappeared from the router connection listing. Sometimes the cameras would not respond to PTZ movement commands. When designing the system for my new home I was ready to try different less expensive cameras. In searching for a better alternative, I found the Jennov PTZ camera that had better specs than my old cameras at a better price. I bought one and did some bench-testing to make sure it worked and to determine if I would want to keep it since it would be at least a year before our new home would be finished. I also wanted to see how compatible it was with Blue Iris since that is my preferred surveillance software. I was surprised at how easy this camera was to set up. I plugged in a POE ethernet cable and it was immediately recognized by my network. Navigated to the IP address that showed up in my router listing and the login screen for the camera appeared. I entered the default login and had immediate access to all the setup particulars of the camera. Didn’t even need to load a funky web app to access the camera. The live view was razor sharp. PTZ movement was very responsive. I knew this camera was a “keeper”. Fast forward to today and the camera is installed at our new house and operating flawlessly. A sample snapshot is shown below. Very happy with this purchase!

Great PTZ cam, better than expected. Tracking is perfect.
. Great quality and better functionality than a couple other ptz cams I have. The Ptz speed is great and focus is almost always on point. The nightvision works great but I changed it to stay in color for personal preference. Camera setup was easy and just about the same as all others. The zoom is INSANE and can see clearly almost a block away. Auto tracking works better than any other tracker I have used previously. Auto home after XX seconds and Auto tracking on will almost never miss anything. Works great with my HIK AI Nvr. Only negative I have with this cam is that the lens has a smaller FOV and needs to be placed further away from the point of interest than most other cams. It has been working great for over 6 months now and I have no complaints. Some people said they had issues with it talking at random times but mine has never done that at all besides the first power up and initial install. Once connected and running, it has never made a single noise.
