This is a very nicely put together journal filled with questions that make you search your memory. A few tips: Make sure you read through each secion prior to filling them out. Some of the questions are similar and if you read them first, you can put your thoughts in order beforehand. I found myself wanting to add more to one question, not realizing a similar question would be coming up and I could save some info for that one. Plan to spend a lot of time filling this out. It is not for people who want to rush through it quickly. I filled out a few pages worth of questions here and there when I had some spare time. It took me months to complete it. If you are buying this for someone else with a fast turnaround expected, it probably isn't going to happen. Give them time to work on it. If this is something you are hoping to have around for future generations to enjoy, I would splurge on the hardcover edition.
