A wind-down ritual that I’m loving!!
I tried this and wanted to wait until I finished the full thing before reviewing. I absolutely love this! I’ve had very sound, steady sleep and the flavor is very spot on. I’m really happy about the simple, clean ingredients without the sacrifice of flavor. I love chocolate and am always craving a little something after dinner, so it’s been great to have something that satisfies that craving while aiding sleep quality benefits—not to mention thrilled to not be taking another vitamin capsule to achieve those sleep, I take enough of those! I am really happy to have come across and tried this and do plan to order again. If you’re looking for some sleep support, definitely try it out.

A nightly treat that helps me sleep!
I love this stuff. Low-calorie. Tastes like hot chocolate and helps me sleep. A nightly treat. Wish it were a little less expensive.

Terrible taste
Sorry to say but this has a horrible aftertaste. I couldn't finish a whole cup let alone a bag. I'm sorry I just threw $30 out the window. No offense. Just don't want people to waste their money

Yes. Also surprisingly palatable??
So, I was actually looking for two different things, which was something with melatonin to help me correct my sleep schedule, and also looking for things that would be good for hurricane season. When I saw this, the thing that stood out to me, and I checked a few times, is that there are very few ingredients, but supposedly you can have it with water, and, no sugar. You can, and it's honestly not bad! I like it. It makes a smaller cup of cocoa, and I use water, a small pinch of salt, sprinkle of cinnamon, and some calcium+vitamin D powder for mine. I also use a milk frother to mix it. The result is a bit watery, naturally, but it does work, it IS sweet enough, and the result is a really low-calorie, palatable cocoa that helps knock me out at a more reasonable hour. There is a small amount of caffeine in the cocoa, but processing makes it pretty miniscule, so I consider it a slight plus-- not enough to wake me up, but possibly enough to make me sleep better. I was like a log, man.I also tried the morning cocoa. I actually take the ashwagandha supplement (KSM-66) they use to make it, so I already know that stuff works, though I take more than is in the cocoa. I wasn't sure if I would be able to taste it, but nah, it's fine, actually.I would say the main downside of this is the price point for something that is predominantly cocoa powder, but if just want a tasty way to have melatonin that doesn't have a bunch of calories or sugars, it's a good choice. And not all cocoa powder tastes the same-- given that I could drink this with water, it's pretty decent. The stevia extract they use has a milder taste than some of the stuff I'm used to, so maybe that's just the form it's in, not sure. The only other thing is that the cocoa has this tendency to just stay in the scoop, so be ready to bonk it on your cup and possibly get cocoa powder on other stuff. It's also messy when you're first opening it, but-- I mean, it's cocoa powder. Not much you can do about that lmao. I'll probably transfer it into a jar as well at some point between now and next order.Last thing I'll say is that it's very compact, so I'm counting it as a hurricane season treat. If I get stuck at a shelter again, this and a pair of earbuds are all that will protect me from people playing obnoxiously loud stuff on their phones.

Better sleep
I am not sure if it is timely working yet, but it tastes great especially since it is only 10 calories

This will help you go to sleep quick
This stuff really works. But please just take half a scoop or even less until you get used to it because I didn’t wanna get up the next morning.lol

Not worth it for me. May help others better.
Not what I had hoped for. Doesn't slow me down from my day. Warm milk works just as good.

Mixed well, but has tn artificial sweetener taste I didn't like
I was excited to find Mindful Evening Cocoa Mix because it was more economical than Ryze. It mixed very easily with hot milk! But, to me, it has an aftertaste because of the sweetener. I don't use artificial sweeteners much because most have such an aftertaste. I wish this didn't taste bad to me because I believe it worked to help me fall asleep and stay asleep. If you use sweeteners, I think you would like this.
