Does this have alcohol in?

We buy about 10 jars a year , no alcohol taste whatsoever, superb flavour , now we find that having a bit of the mustard on even chips is a taste experience

What is the shelf life once opened please .

Hi, it’s mustard at the end of the day. If you keep the neck and lid clean avoiding cross contamination it can last for years in the fridge once it’s been opened. It’s a lovely strong rich flavour so a little goes a long way.

How long does it take to dry?

Dry? It’s ready to eat! Spread a bit on your pork pie and marvel at its amazing taste!

does this come boxed for a gift

No, but it comes very well boxed and so easy to wrap. It's a really special mustard which I keep at the back of the cupboard (so others can use it all up!). Expensive, but really worth it.
