The media could not be loaded. I got this for granddaughters playroom and to have a spare guest bed. It is perfect, comfortable, stylish and so easy to turn into a bed. I also got a mattress cover thinking it wouldn’t be comfortable to sleep on but it is. I took a nap on it and was surprised at how good it felt. I like the material and the covers come off to wash. The sofa cushions are thick, firm and the length is great for sleeping. Love the creamy white color. Opening and closing is very smooth. It did take awhile to put it together but it was worth it and the price is great. Came pretty fast and was in 2 big boxes. All parts were there. One thing I did was add some memory foam that I had to the arm and back cushions, made a big difference I cut a piece 18x24 and slid it in the back and cut smaller pieces for the arms. The back cushions are kinda thin, not bad but feels a lot better with the extra padding. My son came and spent the night and he slept really good on it. I really like this couch

Fairly easy to put together..make sure u follow left/right..especially when putting on arms(V Shaped metal piece).It's not real plush & squishy..but fabric is nice/cozy..Only 4 stars cause one of chaise was wrapped in yellow plastic bag & it rubbed off on the fabric on corners & edges..but customer service was remarkable..very polite & courteous.

So happy with this purchase. After researching couches for a few weeks I decided to purchase this one. The size is perfect for my small living room. The couch might look small and funny in a large living room but in a small place it is perfect. Good seat height, roomy chaise lounge.Shipped in two boxes, both arrived same day. A little beat up but not bad. Super heavy boxes! The parts inside were packaged so well.Assembly was straightforward by following the directions but time consuming. 2 people for assembly might be useful but not required. All parts labeled correctly.The cushions did have a slight chemical odor but it went away in 24 hours, which is about the time you want to give the cushions to inflate a little before use.The seat cushions are on the firm side which I prefer anyways because they will probably soften up over time. The back cushions and arm rest cushions are a bit thin but overall functional and still comfortable.So far pet hair seems to brush off quite easily and will probably clean up well with a vacuum.

Very easy to hit your head against the wall, the pull out disengages allowing you to fall through, and the wooden slats for support are already breaking.I weigh less than 150 pounds, and for the 2 months I have had it, have been home less than 1/4th of the time. I rarely have more than 1 person at a time over when I am home occasionally. So very disappointing that it is already breaking.Does not even scratch at withstanding the test of time.Old review:Just assembled this couch new, as a single person. They advise 2 people for it to take 30 minutes. Took me about 9 minutes. Fairly comfortable but still fluffing out. Clear instructions, material is as promoted, as is the color. A little low to the floor but it is a pull out so that does make sense. Looking forward to see if it will stand the test of time.

We are so happy we finally found an inexpensive and relatively compact couch for our small guest/office room. Set up wasn’t terrible, my only co plaint is the side connectors are troublesome. Very comfortable and sturdy for sure. Quality is surprisingly good and we love love love the color as well. Cushions covers can come off to wash which is a plus. And the bed feature is fantastic! Highly recommend!

Hand rests are not good, the back rest and pillows can be improved by allowing to fit at a place. Seat depth seems to be very less as back rest doesn’t fit and slips often. All the beds given are loose and dont stick good to provide durable seating.

The media could not be loaded. I’m in love!! It’s so soft and sturdy. I read the reviews beforehand and was concerned about the assembly, but the instructions were truly easy to follow. It has detailed diagrams, goes step by step, and also has different instruction manuals (if you bought the U-shaped one like I did).This is the largest couch of them all so it came in 4 separate boxes. They were delivered pretty quickly. Most of the cushions came in vacuum sealed bags so you have to fluff them out, but as you can see in the photo and video, they look fine to me. I know some people bought poly-fil to make them extra fluffy.Another plus is that it’s pet-friendly. I have a black cat (so you can easily see his fur on this), but I do not see ANY hairs that have stuck onto the fabric.It took me about 3 hours to build because it was just me, and I didn’t use a power drill. If this has caught your eye and can’t stop thinking about it, buy it!

It’s nice. Wish I could take the covers off to clean.
