Great product for the price
I was a little worried about buying a renewed Chromebook, but I was very happy with the condition of this product. It looked brand new and works great (so far). The price was very low compared to what it would have been brand new, so I gave it a shot. Excellent Chrombook with great features. I'm not going to do heavy work, but a nice book to google, YouTube and watch movies. This is perfect for that.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
I bought this refurbished laptop and it is non functional. The charger cord it came with was frayed and looked like it had been chewed on. Then the loptopt took 2 days to charge and ultimately I won't even turn on. What a huge waste of money for a broken, busted unrefurbished device.

Keyboard keeps getting disconnected.
The media could not be loaded. Update: It turned back on the next day after being charged, but the keyboard has been giving me headaches. It keeps getting disconnected everyday. It's hard when you're homeschooling. It's annoying. I had to restart it over and over again before the keyboard starts working back again. Sometimes restarting doesn't work at all. Ugh!I bought two of this but this one just stopped working today. I am so frustrated because we use this for homeschooling. I sit with my kids while I homeschooling. So, mishandling of this computer is not possible. We need a computer for our homeschooling. I hope you all can replace this one.

Touch able screen
I finally got the tablet that I wanted and now my daughter has taken my Chromebook from me I can't believe this she had hers and I got mine and I lost mine just as fast
