works great.
Love mine. I've had it a couple years now. I bought this as a window fan for my bathroom which doesn't have a vent. It works great for that. Originally I set it to turn on if the humidity got too high, so it would automatically turn on if I turned on the shower. However, I found that I preferred to put it on a timer circuit. Then it would just stay on for a fixed period of time to air out my bathroom.

Very easy to install fan with thoughtful upgrades
This is a great crawlspace ventilation fan rated for 2400-3600 sqft space.Lots of thoughtful upgrades compared to the previous unit that I got that will insure longer life.First, it is IP55 rated so it can better handle water and dust, which most crawlspace have a lot of.Then, it has a protective mesh to prevent rodents and other critters out of your crawlspace.I love that the humidity sensor is enclosed in a solid container instead of a tiny plug-in sensor.Finally,... if you live in an area like Lake Arrowhead where you get snow and freezing weather, this fan has a Thermostat to stop it from running when the weather is too cold, to prevent damage. They really put a lot of thoughts in these upgrades. Plus, it is nicely packaged and comes with everything you need to easily install it.Highly recommended!I also ordered it's big brother, for larger crawlspaces, that I will review separately after I have a chance to test it out!

Too Loud, But Fixable with Small Tweaks
Remove the metal cover and use a charcoal filter or some other kind of lightweight filter in front of it. It will be too loud otherwise. It went from WAYYYY too loud to almost a hum if I were to screw it in place (which I did not because I'm satisfied after doing the above modifications).

Just what I was looking for
Works great for our needs. Using to move a little air around under our mobile home.

Moves some air
I installed this fan in a chicken coop that needs some ventilation. I needed a system that could be thermostatically controlled, and this is perfect. It's a little loud, but I don't have to stay in the coop. I set it to come on before it gets too hot or too humid, and it keeps the coop cooler and drier. The chickens might say something different, but I can never understand what they're saying. Good quality product that works right and doesn't cost too much. Easy to install and adjust. Great product.

Not as advertised
The speed control is just an on/off switch. Very loud. No variable speed. Definitely a Chinese hack job. I'd try something else.

Works great as a shed exhaust fan
Saw where others have use this for their storage shed/shop. My gable vents are about 12 x 16 on each end of my shop. I have a very thin (cheap) ceiling installed to keep some separation from the heat radiating off the roof decking (attic area) to the air conditioned shop/work area. Just use a window unit in the shop and it does fairly well in keeping my 10 x 20 shop cool in the 100 deg Texas heat. This fan easily installed over one of the gable vents and it helps pull the hot air out of the shop attic area taking some load of my window unit so my shop stays cooler. I measured the gable temp inlet side to the gable exhaust side and see about 20deg difference so it’s moving hot air outside as needed.

Louder than advertised
I wanted this to work. The build quality seems good and it moves a lot of air but it is WAY louder than the advertised 55 dBA sound level. I have a 220 CFM solution today that actually does 55 dBA at 6 ft (using Decibel X app on iphone) but I want to move more air. This fan puts out 70 dBA at 6 ft! Sadly a non-starter for my application. You cannot very the fan speed externally. Would have to make a complicated and expensive variable frequency solution.
