I have been very pleased overall so far with the performance of this phone. It has proved to be very good value for money with excellent battery life. The phone arrived in excellent condition in it's original packaging with easy to follow instructions on how to set it up.

Phone started off great. Excellent condition etc.6 weeks later...phone won't charge, screen won't turn on via touch. The side button no longer works.Phone is currently with the seller having paid for a Special delivery return. Its being sent somewhere else to be fixed.I want a refund to buy a new phone not a reconditioned one. I won't buy from this seller and certainly don't recommend them.

Well what can I say i got this for my son for Christmas .I fort I was getting a refurb . it's look brand new to me . Very happy with that .son loves it . nice big screen as well.

The screen does not react as it should and I am returning for full refund. Highly unimpressed that I have to pay for tracked post to return a faulty item. Wouldn't buy from seller again.
