Great Product for Natural Slate
Used to clean a natural slate tile floor.Made up slightly weaker than noted on the bottle (as floor was in need of a good clean but wasn't crazy dirty). Our floor has light grey grout and we have 3 dogs, it's also a throughfare so the floor suffers. This product is great, scrub in solution with a stuff brush, leave for a bit (whilst waiting apply to other areas) then scrub again. Wash off with a clean mop a few times. Applying and scrubbing lightly instantly lifted out the dirt ingrained in the grout (and tiles) where normal mopping doesn't shift it.Floor looks practically new and lots of solution left. Scrubbing was mininimal effort vs previous products used. Will buy again 100%.

Restoring Victorian tiles
Did a good job. I confess to making it stronger than the instructions recommend and using a rotary brush fitted to an electric drill. Overall it took me circa 3 hrs to achieve the results in the photos. Very pleased. A question for whoever may be reading …… I still have some ingrained dirt in a few tiles (that have been subject to scratches and wear). I can’t seem to remove this. Any ideas please? Manage your expectations
Harsh chemicals but don’t expect miracles. If your tiles are old with old spillage, nothing will restore to new not even this

Good product
We have a quarry tile floor which was laid in such a manner that the grout in between the tiles is recessed and therefore is a constant trap for grime. Plus the person who installed the tiles used a wax coating on the tiles, most of which I had removed a couple of years ago: this product removed whatever remained with ease.Might I suggest that whilst this product is very good, that you should proceed with caution when using it. It is quite caustic and thankfully I heeded the advice of two excellent reviewers and used masking tape to prevent damage to our kitchen furniture. Any splashes May damage paint/waxed surfaces.Having treated the whole floor following the manufacturer’s instructions, I scrubbed the whole floor and ensured that the surface of each tile was effectively treated, it was them a simple task removing the solution and the tiles themselves were pretty clean - I rinsed the floor three time. Unfortunately the grout remained quite soiled and therefore I followed Cleghorn’s advice and prepared a quantity of solution in a spray bottle and specifically targeted the grout; which not only ensures it reduces the amount that you need, it makes it easier to apply. I also purchased some brushes which fit onto an electric drill which are far easier and more effective than using a scrubbing brush.Brilliant product.

Absolutely brilliant !
This product is absolutely brilliant! I have struggled for a long time to try to get out porous tiles in the hall cleaned and nothing has ever really worked until I bought this product ! Does exactly what it says it will do !

Doubtful, but did the job spectacularly well!
I have a Mexican hand made 'Saltillo' Terracotta Tile floor in my old cottage kitchen. It's been down for about 20 years and to be honest, I have neglected it a lot over this time. As we've just revamped the kitchen I decided it was time to give the floor some much needed TLC. It was dirty, grimy, and had the occasional cat paw print in paint in a couple of places. This was a job I wasn't looking forward to at all. 😒I diluted the cleaner into a handheld spray bottle and diluted it as indicated on the instructions. I decided to do the floor in 2 sq mtr sections for ease of arm stretching. I first sprayed the cleaner onto the tiles, and left to soak for around 15 minutes. I then went over each 300mm x 3000mm tile with a scouring pad attached to a cordless drill ( I bought these https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07QV4DZ7J/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and have found them very useful ) After the first scrub with the drill based scouring pad, I then sprayed the surface with more cleaner as I found it was drying out slightly, and then left it approx 15 minutes further. I went over the are again with the scouring pad on the drill. The cleaner foamed up slightly with the foam being a dirty brown colour. I then washed off the cleaner a couple of times using a large sponge and clean cold water, and once the area was clean, I then dried it off with a large microfibre towel and left the are to dry completely. The tiles came up absolutely spotless, and I suspect the cleaner had also removed previous layers of polish and sealer in addition to the years of dirt. There was no harsh chemical smell that I could discern. I did wear latex gloves initially, but these weren't up to the job from the amount of effort I was putting in to scrubbing these tiles and got taken off. I did get the cleaner on my hands, and didn't notice any side effects apart from having the feeling of very clean skin when I finished. The tiles came up looking almost new; that could be the cleaner or the amount of effort I put into getting them clean - I suspect a combination of both.Would I buy this product again to clean Saltillo terracotta clay tiled floors? Yes, absolutely, and without any hesitation at all.

1 litre goes a long way
Seems good, easy to apply, nice matt finish. Time will tell how well it has sealed the tiles.
