Used the cable to make a heavy duty extension lead. Excellent quality.Just be aware that when making the extension the cable takes some cutting - which is a good sign!

I was able to purchase a long length of my choosing. The cable is a bit more expensive than others but is worth it for me.

Arctic grade flex is more flexible than standard PVC flex of the same current rating. It remains flexible to lower temperatures, for outdoor use.I bought the flex to replace standard PVC flex in portable indoor use. I have a couple of extension leads I carry to various events, and wanted something that was as flexible and easy to handle as possible. This fit the bill fine.It seems high quality, robust and thinner and more flexible than the original 16A flex. It's produced to the appropriate arctic grade specifications so I have no doubt it would perform as promised in freezing temperatures.I would have preferred another colour but unfortunately arctic grade cable tends to come in either blue or yellow.
