It took a while to assemble, considering teenager was doing it for the first time. Definitely need assistance of second pair of hands to hold the parts together while screwing. Assembly guidance is provided and easy to understand.The result is very strong and steady, yet mobile tv stand.Didn’t try vertical position, but horizontal is holding well.Appreciate the clarity of information provided with item on Amazon.
