Brilliant job. Took all the dye out to my natural ginger. Only bit left over was a slight darker blacky tone in one area (did a streak) but absolute black dye is a nightmare. Took all of my dark brown dye out. Couldn't be happier.

Never having used something like this before it was very very good very happy with the out come and would and have recommended to friends

Followed all the instructions and I've never had any issues with other brands.

My hair was very dark with temporary dye and this stuff certainly removed enough to make my hair light enough to re-colour with a lighter semi-permanent colour. Very pleased with this. I'm not entirely sure it's good for people that simply want to go back to their original colour - my original colour is grey and it certainly didn't return it to grey but lightened the dyes I had used.

Unfortunately didn’t do what I had hoped and have had to go back to dying my hair to the colour I was trying to lighten as the ends of my hair didn’t strip of any colour at all

It really works. Removes all the colours on your hair . You must buy a semipermanent tint for after use (unless you like yellow colour)

I put this on my dark dark brown hair not expecting it to make much of a difference but it dI'd and I was left with a light Brown/ gingery colour.
