Terrible don't buy
Laptop was not cheap. Not suppose to be refurbished. It shuts off all the time. When fully charged.

couldn't figure out why I couldn't run installed apps not downloaded from the app store for 5 hours, I am not smart but I finally found out that it was because the laptop was in S mode which is for security so it won't let you do much. Does not tell you directly at all, I had to google quite a bit and finally found out how to turn it off and the only way to do that is not in the settings but the app store.
