Is mint included as flavouring?

No, just seaweed as far as I'm aware. My 14 year old dog eats it in her biscuits with 2 scoops no problem

What is the size of the the scoop one didn’t come with it so I don’t know the measurements

The scoop is very small, I found mine had worked its way down through the plaque off inside, so I would recommend if you haven't done so already empty tub onto something then pour back in bit at at a time. The portion size looks to be about 1ml or about 80 grams a portion. Says 2 scoops hope that helps.
