Very good buy !
I had been trying to make kanji because of its tremendous gut benefits. I had not heard of kanji before Dr Pal made it famous. It is not common to make this beverage in my native, as it is a common practice in northern india. So I did make mistakes while making it and almost gave up. But GUTBASKET made the fermentation very easy and now I have been making batches of kanji this winter successfully without fail !! The product enhances the process without any fear of developing molds. It is a wonderful product!

Product description show 2L jar, but it's not. Earlier also i returned 2 jars, very economical in price only due to less capacity. And now again paying higher amount I received less capacity jar.😡
