I'm not sure if I suffer from anything other than a genetically inherited case of always thinking something is wrong, but I figured these can do no harm so I tried them with a bunch of other inserts. I really like these even though they're not the highest I've used, they are narrower than most so they fit in a wider variety of shoes. Does provide more support than the standard insert in all my shoes, and I'm currently wearing them just inserted on top of the stock insert (I did not remove what was already in the shoe).Material is relatively rigid - not the hard plastic of some inserts but more rigid than all foam inserts. The underside of the insert has two different materials as seen in the product photo which helps keep the insert in place in your shoe/boot. Comes in the box pictured in the product photo, but the box does not - that I could find - indicate the size. I purchased a Large as I wear men's shoes ranging from size 9.5 (boots) to 11 (sneakers) and the fit is spot on. I suspect those on the larger end of the size scale would find these too small, so my recommendation is if between sizes go to the larger of the two offered sizes.

This set of ¾ arch inserts are one of three pairs I ordered on Amazon at the same time.I have about 3 pairs of boots that I wear to work with jeans and even have worn them in dress pants to weddings and whatnot. When I get home and do yard work or work in the shop I throw on my old pair of desert Army boots. So as I said I am almost always wearing boots all day every day. The reason I mention this is I have to use the ¾ length inserts with my casual/dress boots because a full insert adds too much thickness even though it’s only an eighth of an inch at most, it’s just enough to make wearing the boot painful in the toe box and on the bone above my arch.I needed a new pair as my old Dr. Scholl’s were wearing out and not giving me heel cushion any longer and truth be told I didn’t feel like going to the store for a new pair so I hopped on Amazon and saw these were a bit cheaper so I thought I’d give them a try.These inserts are not as good as the Dr. Scholl’s but WAY better than the other two I ordered. The other two were made by another company and they were almost all hard plastic and no cushion support. They sacrificed cushion and comfort for pure hard arch support. These particular inserts try and find a nice balance between the two and actually do a pretty decent job. They are majority rubber/foam with a bit of rigidity in the arch that is just enough to provide support through out the day.If I’m honest the Dr. Scholl’s brand are superior in most ways except the price. I’ll definitely keep these but will probably go and buy more Dr. Scholl’s for my other boots. Not a bad buy by any means, though.

These insoles didn’t really feel very different to me. They fit in the shoe fine. I usually use a plain no frills insole over these half insoles. I didn’t feel any greater relief or really any difference. I have a fairly normal arch, I pronate, I have recently started feeling plantar fasciitis pain in my left foot. Hope this helps you figure out if this will work for your feet or not.

I had no feelings in my toes on both feet following a serious accident. After wearing these for two days, I was able to move my toes for the first time in 8 months. Amazing 👏

I’m sure the insoles help me with my Achilles heel, but they make my shoes squeak too much for general wear.

Got as I have Plantar fasciitis, found it a bit sore when I started to use but got used to them quicky and don't notice them when walking now

A bit firm at first, but as I have fallen arches, I needed ones that would do the job and not compress down after a couple of uses.Highly recommend these if you have back problems and/or fallen arches.
