So happy I decided to buy this set!! It's beautiful and everything I wanted. The case is very sturdy. The tiles are bright white and the back is sapphire blue with a cool pattern. Love the pushers!!! Wooden and sturdy. Not flimsy like the plastic ones. Overall, delighted!!!!

I’m new to mahjong and another player had this set and it was absolutely gorgeous! No tacky plastic pastel racks! Another veteran player upon seeing it has placed it on her wish list for an upcoming birthday. All that have played with it are impressed with its total quality!The tiles are vivid and distinct. The bag is nice and roomy and it is easy to place the nicely made rack holder and tile tray wrap. No struggle to get supplies in and out. There is absolutely no criticism for entire set which I plan to enjoy for many years to come!

Excellent choice! Bought as a birthday gift for my mother who loves it. She says it’s higher quality than most of the ones that her friends have. She also noted that it’s not too heavy to carry with her when they meet to play. Super happy with my purchase.

I (and my group) really like this set, the detachable pushers are just great for pushing split walls, straightening crooked walls, and even pulling walls back that have been pushed in error, all in perfect order. The wooden racks are more than ample in length and aesthetically pleasing, too. The top of the rack holds exposures quite snugly, so exchanging jokers requires a sideways slide or a tiny nudge of the pusher, well worth the trouble as spills are avoided. Two of the tiles arrived with faint inking on the side, which was easily removed with a little water and gentle rubbing. My only complaint is that the soft bag for the tiles takes more effort to fill than the hard cases, and I dislike the velcro closures. Once you get the hang of it, though, it holds the tiles securely enough. The entire set is lightweight and easy to carry, looks great and is a pleasure to play.

Very nice set. We bought this for my wife to learn so that she can play with friends. The tiles are of very nice quality. All packaged very nicely. No complaints whatsoever.

I just started playing Mahjong and ordered the tiles to help me learn and hopefully play for a very long time. These are beautiful! Everything arrived as described. The bag is a sturdy canvas, deep green with khaki straps. The pushers and tiles fit neatly in their own “wraps” of the same canvas with Velcro closures which make it easy to use and carry. I also ordered a mat that will fold nicely and fit into the carry bag for tiles. ( I will add the mat came with a cylindrical bag (resembling the kind a foldable outdoor chair might have). Basically the tile set has everything needed to play American Mahjong plus we get the pleasure of the beautiful blue tiles with the fancy koi!
