The information says that there are 2 optional head, but in the product it shows three, is there 2 or three?

The product is ages 16+ but my 12 year old wants it. She will only use it for posing and won't use it too harshly. Should I get it?

I would say if you really trust her why not :) but it’s a super thin figure since it’s trying to recreate the look from the movie so much more sensitive then the average Sh figurarts so keep that in mind
