This item came moldy, soft, and shriveled.

Very fresh and beautiful ginger root. Pieces were very large and taste was vibrant. Packed well. Good value for the money if you cannot locate good quality ginger nearby. Would be awesome to make crystalized ginger. I use mine primarily for Indian and Thai cooking and making ginger tea and Fire Cider. Freezes well.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because it arrived quickly. Most will be thrown away, they are old and shriveled up. There's also mold on one. Very disappointed with no recourse. For the price...Do better.

I am ginger lover and looking for best product.This organic ginger full-fill my desire. Excellent quality and authentic taste .I can use it various ways, mixing with salad, mixing with spices and also use while getting cold.Really love this product.

The media could not be loaded. The condition of the ginger root was totally spoiled. It was moist and mushy As if it had been soaking in water or some liquid. None of it was usable and had to be thrown out. Since it is not eligible for return, I am out almost $20
