Most KlickKlackey Keyboard out there
I love this keyboard, has the perfect amount of Click Clacks (The noise while typing). Connection is easy, just plug in a usb, the keyboard has tons of customization options, can change the color, change the volume of computer, can change color gradiant, Feels nice and like an expensive keyboard. My wife keeps trying to steel my keyboard for herself.

Updated review. Keyboard is trash.
Update from my former mostly positive review*So after having this for a while it ended up being the most frustrating keyboard I have ever owned. It has the pseudo quality feel but in reality it was a piece of junk. Random keys would just stop working. I tried swapping switches with no luck. It seems to be a circuit board issue. RK has an absolutely user unfriendly support system. You cant find anything you need because there is no good English repository for any information. Its all over the place.End story is the keyboard became E-waste and after owning several of their keyboards over the years I have written them off. The quality control they have is bad as friends have had similar problems with their keyboards as well. I completely understand why this keyboard is over 20% cheaper less than a year after purchase. They are offloading their junk stock. If you are broke and are willing to spend money on equipment that doesn't work 100% of the time then is this the product for you. Fortunately I am in a semi-big PC/Gaming community and have been able to dissuade a lot of friends and community members from buying their products. Hopefully this helps a lot of Amazon customers make a more informed purchase.

Nice weight and features!
Note: I purchased a key caps set (https://a.co/d/6e7NoP6) to go with this keyboardI bought this keyboard for the customization of the light effects. I haven't played around with the true customization because there are so many options pre-built in. The brightness is good, though harder to see under the bright fluorescent lighting at my job than when I was unboxing at home. This keyboard is heavier than I expected which makes it feel higher quality! I love that the wrist rest is magnetic.I'm new to the custom keyboard world so I wasn't sure what the different mechanical switch colors meant. The yellow mechanical switches on this keyboard are linear (instead of tactile) and are kind of loud for work so I'll be buying silent switches to change out. They are smooth and have a good resistance, but I could see them resulting in accidental button presses for gamers. The *click* at the end is reminiscent of a typewriter. It isn't unpleasant to me but I don't want to irritate the various learners I'm expected to precept in my office.I am very satisfied with my purchase! Would buy again!

Really nice keyboard, but I chose something different in the end
Don't get me wrong, this 96% keyboard is really high quality feeling and has good weight to it to feel really solid. I originally wanted the num pad on the side which was one of the reasons I chose this. The key click sounds fine, but kind of loud, but that didn't matter since I was planning to change the switches to silent ones anyway (Gamakay Phoenix silent linear switches), which is super easy. But the reason I ended up returning this keyboard was a couple of reasons: 1) I wanted my F1-12 keys at the top to have more separation with that row and the row below it. Once I saw it in person, it was bugging me that the two rows were smooshed together, 2) the other reason I returned it was because the power on/off switch was located underneath the keyboard (I prefer the power to be on one of the sides of the body instead, so that I don't need to lift the keyboard off the desk and feel around and look for the switch to turn it off at the end of the day). One thing I really loved about this keyboard was the volume lever at the top right, and the mute key. Ultra convenient, I prefer this vs having to use F keys for my volume control. Overall a very nice keyboard, I was super impressed with it. But I ended up choosing a 75% keyboard instead (without the num pad) which had a volume knob at the top right, and the power switch was on the back side rather than underneath the keyboard (yay)... Anyway, I'd recommend this RK96 if you DO want the num pad, and you want their unique volume control lever, and if you're planning to change the switches, and even the keycaps too optionally for aesthetics anyway, then perfect! The RK96 has OEM keycaps, which felt a little too tall for me yet fine, but I have an easier time typing with lower profile such as Cherry profile or even XDA or MOA profile keycaps. I was planning to change the keycaps too anyway, since I love to customize my colors and theme for stuff like this. Still, RK96 was really nice, but I went for something smaller/more portable to drag into work twice a week when I'm not teleworking from home. That’s probably the biggest reason I decided to send the RK96 back (I decided on something smaller, less wide, to fit into my work backpack).

Good product, great customer support
I bought this keyboard in used, like new condition. I wouldn't recommend doing that if you want all the accessories but fortunately customer service is amazing and went above and beyond to take care of my problem (I know, I sound like a fake review, but it's not if you can believe it).Other than that I love it. I'm not super particular about keyboards but this one is super pretty and feels solid, has nice backlight options and sounds good but isn't too loud (for me personally. Maybe in an office environment it would drive your cubicle neighbor crazy)Give it a try!
