i have been using these for awhile now and they are my go-to patches for those pimples that have not come up to the surface of the skin. when i feel like i have a big pimple coming, i put one of these on right away and leave it on overnight (minimum of 6 hours). the box suggests to skip 2-3 days in between patches but i find that using it for at least 2 days (1 patch per day), it works better in either stopping the pimple from getting any bigger or coming to the surface or it lets it come to a head much faster. the patch is the size a nickel and it is not painful at all. you'll feel the microdarts when you first press on it but no pain or discomfort. my only complaint is that i feel like it should come with more for the price but i don't use these often (thankfully) so it works out.

These patches are hands down my favorite. The microdarts really make a difference, they dig deep and pull out way more gunk than regular patches, which helps my pimples heal faster and less painfully. They’re easy to apply and stay stuck even overnight, so I don’t have to worry about them coming off while I sleep.They’re gentle on the skin too, no irritation or pain when removing them. If you’ve tried other patches but weren’t impressed, these may be it for you.

The media could not be loaded. Removes gunk. Works as advertised. Box and inner sealed green package are easy to open, twist open the plastic box that holds the 8 bandages. (Is that were all the $$ goes?!?) Then use a tweezer to remove bandage and apply otherwise it sticks to your fingers and you make a mess of the ($13 box of 8 for $1.62/per round bandage). Comes off easily and doesn’t hurt. Although, unless you’re using it for a tiny pimple that’s coming you’ll probably use TWO OR THREE of these on one upcoming pimple. Because using 1 doesn’t seem to be enough, 2 seems minimum. I’ve also found that using a 3rd just to be sure it’s completely gone and doesn’t come back & irritate your face/skin is the best use of your purchase.That makes your pimples pretty darn expensive when you’re putting (2-3 from a box of 8) $5 worth of product on ONE pimple. I don’t know about you, but I often have more than 1 pimple at a time, as well as more than 1 during a break out. Which makes the box of 8 nowhere near enough and entirely too “wicked” expensive to purchase these with any kind of “regularity”. Unless you have lots of money to throw around, my guess is someone who gets pimples on a regular basis, that this box would be a very expensive way to deal with it. Although it works, it’s doesn’t seem financially feasible. This is a great product but unless you have a lot of disposable income, I would find another product that’s less expensive to do the job.-Sheerness? Hits the mark - 5 stars.-Ease-Of-Use? TOO easy to use. 8 fingernail sized round bandages inside a plastic folded box, sealed inside a green plastic bag, inside an outer box for $13 So that’s roughly $1.62/per round bandage which is empty in 3-7 days 😳. So - 5 stars-Adhesion? Sticks well & easy to remove - 5 stars.

Only a few in the pack so it's pretty costly for what you get, but the patches are effective at bringing pimples down.

It actually works. It isn't magic, it's not a delete button, but for my skin it healed up at least twice as fast, maybe more.

Slightly more expensive than competitors but worth every penny. These work so well! They stay sticky and don’t fall off overnight, easy to remove.

I wish I could give more stars, but the truth is I just don’t this brand works as well as other brands. Also they don’t stay on very well. If you sweat at all they fall off.

Ive been dealing with an attached monster on my chin for weeks. Ive been trying different patches, in fact just left a great review for the ones that are named after a fruit. I think these are even better. My cyst has shrunk each morning. I didnt know not to use these every night, box says to space it out but I used all 8 in a row and no irritation issues. I like the feeling of the micro needles very faint but you can feel it unless its a mind thing but it feels like something is actually being inserted. I like these. Its cheaper than a dermatologist appt not to mention the months of waiting to see one. 10/10 will buy again.
