Just started with these tablets, so Carnt really give anything on them yet,Only dissapontment, was people got a free shaker bottle with there's, but I didnt☹️unfortunately. Reason for 2 stars missing is don't know if they work yet and missing free bottle

6 tablets, easy to take all at once, doesn't leave a nasty taste or anything. Won't get big over night but have noticed a difference. Gained a little quicker than normal and lifting 2kg heavier quicker but I train a lot 🤷🏼‍♀️💪🏻🦵🏻

No changes at all compared to previous purchases, consider this item useless.

The Iron Labs Nutrition Creatine Tablets 3000mg are supplied in a plastic wrap which when opened revealed that they had kindly supplied a shaker bottle as a freebie...nice one! WHen opened the plastic container holds 180 caplets that are quite small – around the same size as a standard supermarket paracetamol so no difficulty in swallowing. These were ordered for my son who is heavily into weight training and MMA, and has used other brands to-date, the dosage he is currently taking is 3g per day so to facilitate that he needs 6 of the caplets as they come in at 500mg each so the 180 caplets will give him 1 months supply.His take on the product was that he felt they were decent value both in terms of cost and benefit, they are odourless and leave no after taste and have caused no issues with after effects. He does think they are OK in terms of cost at the current intake but if he ups his daily requirement they may start to look a bit expensive compared to other options. Overall he thought they were well packaged and was pleased with the free shaker bottle – which incidentally works very well.

It's very easy to take these creatine tablets. All you have to do is open the bottle and swallow six tablets a day. Even though the pills are big, I'm a big guy, so it doesn't bother me. Even though you won't become a bodybuilder overnight if you take these pills, I have noticed some small muscle growth and more strength since I started taking them. If you know about creatine and what it can do for you, I really think you should give these pills a try. Just keep in mind that they're not steroids and won't work miracles. Overall, these creatine pills are the best ones I've tried, and I've seen some results.

Therefore "3000" in the name is just a confusing manipulation.An average value on market. Powder tablets.
