I took this as i get very bad water retention before and during my period! It worked within few hours! 💯 recommend

Does not work as advertised.
The product does not work as advertised. It is very expensive and caused severe stomach pain after use. Additionally, it has an awful taste, making it difficult to consume. I do not recommend it.

This cannot be safe
After forgetting it needs to be taken with food although I did a have a protein shake this made me ill for days. I had tummy cramps and was stuck to the toilet on/off for most of the day and a few days following, it detoxed my whole body and soul 😮💨 in a painful way.The first time I took it I had it with food and had a slight tummy upset, I get bad water retention in my legs of an evening daily but I believe this may have helped somewhat with that for a couple days that followed. Needless to say after my second dosage reacted so badly with me I'm reluctant to try again.You do need to take 6 capsules with 500ml of water and ensure you get atleast your two litres a day.I didn't find it made me pee anymore than usual so that was a plus.Be weary of the side effects if you do not take this product correctly.

Job done!
I normally spend most of day staying hydrated so these sort of felt a tiny bit counter intuitive, but there are certain times of the month when I retain so much fluid I gain about a stone, and when you've spent half your days working and attaining decent abs, it can be a real motivation killer- but these little babies can keep you looking trim. I don't like to use them all the time as I think there is a danger you can wee out essential vitamins and electrolytes, but for special occasions or times of water retention they are your best friend.

This made me so ill! Taken as directed, caused my heart rate to double and stay that way for hours!
