Arrived on time. I just received it and have used it once, so I cannot speak to results. However, I am appreciative of the face that the batteries were charged out of the box and I could try the product out as soon as it came. Thank you.

This laser is more powerful than the others I have bought. It is important to also buy protective eyewear with this laser. other lasers come with it because it is so important.On two occaisions I noticed some concerning eyesight problems after using this laser. Always, I made sure not to shine it at my eyes, not even when I was treating my teeth (it is powerful enough to reach the eyes through the roof of the mouth). I noticed blinding slivers of light flashing in my eyesight for no reason for 10 days afterwards.Great laser but bottom line also buy protective eyewear and use it!

This red light is small, but feels very high quality- not cheap or flimsy. It’s a great price point for the technology & I'm looking forward to using it further.

The unit keeps shutting off regardless off which battery I use or how long I charge itThere are no user instructions or troubleshooting tips. It also doesn’t explain when or why you would want blue verses both versus red, blinking or otherwise. Underwhelmed so far

This light exceeded my expectations. It's quite strong. There are five modes. The attachment that focuses the light is great as I'm using it in my ears to possibly help my tinnitus (there are studies that show that this can help). I also use it without the attachment as a bedtime sleep aid (there are some red light products for this, but this is cheaper). The only thing I don't like is that the on button is easily triggered if carried in a pocket or backpack.

Family member wanted to try this and it has been helpful. However the power button broke with one month. It sank into the body of the unit and not even a hard press will activate it. We had to buy a second one, which has been working now for a month and a half. Researching other brands just in case this one breaks, too. Can’t afford to throw away the money and now have to figure out how to dispose of the broken one.

Bought this for my dog that needs laser therapy. Vet wanted $300 for 30 minutes of red light therapy bought this figured I’d try it works great. He’s doing good at 14 years old.

Easy to use comes with two battries, and a charger, great for small sections, has adapter for nose, ear, mouth.
