I hesitate to use this product based on the reviews. Once I tried I love it! I recommend to use in winter time if you have normal or mixed skin.At night before go to sleep and if you don’t want to use anything else just clean your face with this gel. That would help your skin.Also if you feel is to oily l, you can control that by rinse your face until you feel is not oily.

The bottle I got wasn't sealed. There was no seal on the box or inside the cap. So this could be an Amazon return which is why I don't like to buy skincare products from Amazon.I tried the product on some eyeliner on the back of my hands. It works well to remove the eyeliner. It's similar to the Krave Beauty Makeup-Rewind which is also a gel to oil cleanser.

The product packaging has a "seal/tape" on both ends of the rectangular solid. "Both" (!) of these seals were fully broken. I highly doubt this could have happened by "normal transport." Moreson, since the package was wrapped excessively in bubble wrap. It could be the case that the product is fine. But someone has certainly opened by box before me. This leads me to wonder if the product has been tampered with. Perhaps a previous cutomer returned it and then Shiseido re-sold the (used) product, advertised as new, on Amazon. To me. Not pleased. When one pays the $ for quality, it's reasonable for one to expect quality. I will not buy from Shiseido again.
