After ordering this chair so many times, finally it delivered and in good condition and quality (that was unexpected); except the packaging. But that could be understandable because it exported from Haryana. Chairs are comfortable and having expected size & height. Value for money.Another thing, warranty was mentioned in the details during booking but after delivery, the warranty was not visible on the app.

There was a stupid restriction on the amount of chairs that could be ordered, it was capped at 3. I had ordered 3 chairs from one account and 1 more from another account.The chair looks the same as given in the images, but it's smaller and not at all comfortable so I decided to return all 4 of them. I had returned 3 of them together and 1 was returned later, all were returned in the condition they came in.Now, I got an email from Amazon saying that the chair I've returned is not the same chair and that they await for the correct item to be returned. What the hell is this? I've lost trust in Amazon.

Quality and looks are good but the only thing is because of its half round back shape it is uncomfortable to sit for healthy people. The Seats should had been broader.
