This is by far the highest quality item I've bought on Amazon! It came totally charged, and has held its charge a very long time. I use it to power my computer POS sales system when I am a vendor at craft shows. It is durable, small and light enough to carry with my inventory, and comes in a convenient box with a handle. It also charges my cell phone. It works great, and I am so glad I purchased it! Great product!

As long as you have the solar panels which I had utilized during hurricane Helene in North Carolina, this little 300 W power pack kept all of the food in my refrigerator freezer from spoiling. It didn’t run constantly, but it would gather enough power for it to regenerate soon enough for it to be able to power the refrigerator/freezer on a regular basis enough to keep even the ice solid. Although I had to turn off the icemaker and leave the refrigerator on ECO power level it still maintained and retained all the contents in the refrigerator freezer for the six days of no electricity. I have upgraded since and this little power pack would be ideal to keep smaller appliances, cell phones, and rechargeable batteries for flashlights in a working status. Very happy with its performance.

I like everything about this, except the weight. Being disabled with back issues, this is the limit I am able to carry at one time. Keeps it from being exactly "portable" for me.However, we have frequent power outages in my area due to winds and storms, so I was looking for something to plug in a fan, my phone, maybe a light... with a mix of 2 and 3 prongs. The outages only last a few hours at most, usually. I just wanted to keep myself comfortable and this does exactly that. And noise level? I didn't hear anything at all. Silent.When I first plugged it in, the battery showed nearly full. I charged it completely in just an hour or so. I plugged in different things just to see how it would do and everything did just fine. I could snuggle in an electric blanket, watch movies on my laptop, and charge my phone. Almost makes me look forward to an outage!

I’m oxygen dependent and need frequent nebulizer treatments. This allows me to travel and have the power source I need at hand. Easy to use and holds its charge! This can be used for many things. I highly recommend it!

Like many here i bought this product for camping or to keep phone and a couple lights running during an emergency, the campint trip i bought it for never happened (lucky) so it sat at 50% charge (the recommendation for storage) for about a year, recently wanted it to keep a portable fridge running for a few hours during a trip, charged it to 100% and got going, not sure at what point it died but didn't even last 2 hours, tried charging it after that and now it won't even charge (the indicator shows the last bar blinking as if it's almost charged) but if i unplug it it goes down to 0% and turns off, if it had some kind of warranty i would of returned it and gotten something better from a reputable manufaturer.
