The best cot for the CYBEX Balios S Lux would the CYBEX Cot S Lux.

Can you buy separately other color seat pack to have blue and something girly color?

We have a beautiful sky blue and also a seashell beige color that's offered for the Balios S Lux 2. We don't have seat packs separately to mix and match.

Can i click in the Cybex Aton 2 infant carseat? And take the stroller seat out?

I'm not sure, but if connectors on the video fit for your carseat probably you can click it. This connectors was delivered with stroller.
