No just the gel press. You will need to buy a brayer.

Does it work using Oxide ink pads and any other ink pads?

It works perfectly with oxide ink pads, any water based ink pads, brushos, acrylic paints and more. I have used all the above with complete success. I love it!

Can you use this for reverse stamping

I wouldn’t think so, the gel plate isn’t solid so you won’t get a good impression. You could try stamping the image, fussy cut it and reverse it on the plate. You will get more of a softer outline. I use mine more for backgrounds. Try Jennifer Maguire on YouTube, her ideas are fab with the size of gel plate that this is.

Is this gel plate solid or flexible?

It's flexible. They are amazing you should have a look on YouTube at all the tutorials but one you will be addicted!
