These stair treads are awesome! Super easy to apply—just peel and stick—and they stay put without damaging the wood. They’re clear, so they blend in nicely while still adding great traction. I love that they’re comfortable to walk on, even barefoot, and they help prevent slips for kids and seniors. Plus, they’re waterproof and easy to clean. I have marble stairs, and the nose is rounded, so it made it perfect for slipping and busting your butt. I was originally looking for something slightly different and came across this by chance and I’m glad I did. The instructions are clear, the pre cut strips are easy to lay down and they work exactly as intended. The price is really great too considering I’ve seen them priced pretty crazy for less steps. I ended up buying a second set for a few other areas of my house. We do have a few curved shaped steps and these were easy to trim and adjust to the shape. And they are CLEAR! I can’t tell they’re on my stairs unless you’re really looking for the texture or a slight shine. They are mostly matte from the texture, and really do blend in almost seamlessly.

We bought these for the first time a little over 2 years ago, and we have been very pleased with them. So much so that we’re ordering a second set to replace some of them that are lifting and don’t have any stick left in them.Our only complaint is that, despite our best and continued efforts, we were not able to get them to adhere so well that they were virtually invisible. We were really hoping they would “disappear” better on the steps, as the pictures indicate in the product description.Otherwise, they served the purpose of making the stairs less slippery and therefore safer. Just shy of 2 years after they were applied, the first one started lifting at the corners. Then others followed, until several just need to be replaced entirely. We will happily replace them, though. I don’t know how long these are supposed to last, but we felt they are well worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. Very pleased with this purchase. These are only barely visible on the hardwood and make it feel safe to run up and down even in socks. Post-wax application that was getting pretty dangerous!Instillation was not difficult, but needed 2 people if you are a perfectionist like me: one to line it up nice and straight and the other to start on one end and scoot across it with a credit card (the thick Amazon prime one worked great!) while peeling off the backing. Then we used the roller to really make sure it was really stuck. One piece we needed to trim because of the corner and played around with it... happy to inform you that it pulls up nicely and re-sticks well without any sign of residue or damage to the wood underneath.

I got these for my stairs because my 10 year old retired guide dog English lab was beginning to have a hard time with the stairs. He was having a hard time with them being a little slippery and these have made him much more confident in coming down the stairs and up the stairs! Now my stairs are so much safer for him! They were easy to apply to the stairs!

Easy to install and works great

These are very easy to add to stairs and blend in great. So far they have helped a lot with our slippery stairs.

These non-slip thingies are super easy to apply, and they are just translucent enough to pretty much disappear on our light oak interior stair treads. The application was simple, although we used our own sturdy 2" roller left over from a previous project, as the little roller that is included is very flimsy. Our elderly little dog is able to go up and down the stairs without slipping, and the extra grip is reassuring for us as well. NOTE: The corners of the pre-cut lengths are radiused, they do not need triming!
