This flour is exceptionally perfect for home baked bread. Texture is good, easy to work. The end result is a fabulous home baked bread.

I’ve been using this flour for my bread making for several years and it consistently produces great bread.

Used for mainly bread, but enjoy making pizza, focaccia and plain and sweet rolls. Very successfully. Delay in writing a review as I like to really test the flour. Definitely buy again.

Good quality product at a very reasonable price. I've always been a prolific Baker so lock down left me in a quandary. Bulk buying was the only way to go and to be honest I'm not sure I want to stop. This is a more convenient way to purchase heavy items if storage isn't a problem. My bread and scones are to die for so the quality is excellent.

I like that this is produced in the UK and both the bread flour and plain flour have been superb. Once I run out of my current self raising flour, I will be completing the Matthews Cotswold family in my cupboard.
