Absolutely brilliant. No complaints at all, in fact, only positives. It collects water at a phenomenal rate in my back bedroom where I hang my drying laundry. It’s value for money and excellent efficiency at its work. It’s small easily sitting on the small low stool I also bought for it, smell is not apparent, the machine is easy to move around without fear and it operates at a very copeable motor volume. It’s not a compressor, which is excellent to find, and the colour changer is great fun. Absolutely recommended in potentially mouldy or damp areas.

I’ve needed a dehumidifier for ages but thought all the good ones were expensive. This one is small but mighty! Goes a fantastic job of drying out my bathroom after a shower, so no more yucky black mould. Love it.

Stopped collecting water/working after 3 months of usage. Attempted to contact customer service which asked for pictures and some details which were sent; over 10 days later still not response or resolution. Unable to get a refund or even return. Stuck with a broken product 🤷

Used in a small workshop area attached to my garage, removes a good amount of water and improved the musty smell in just a week of use. Great product for a small area.

So I bought this for the fact it’s ‘portable’ I wanted to put it in my car for the moisture in there, it’s not portable at all! It needs to be plugged into mains at all times!, not very happy about this because now it’s useless to me as it’s the only reason for purchase!, it states in the description it’s portable and it’s clearly not!
