After making the mistake of buying a cheap alternative shower head and hose I learned that the diameter of the hose and the shower head have to be right for your particular shower pressure otherwise they may not allow enough water through quickly enough. This will result in a pressure build up inside the shower unit and your shower's pressure release valve will blow as a safety measure to allow excess water to escape from the valve. Once the valve is blown it needs replacing. Not expensive (£15 approx) but if you can't fit it yourself it will be the cost of a plumber/electrician. Lesson learned..buy the correct hose and shower head for your particular shower. This shower head fits my Triton Bewitched shower and Triton hose. Does the job and looks good.!!

Great shower head works as it should a little bit more expensive but I was sick of buying cheap and it having poor pressure or leaking between the head and the adjustable fascia plate least I know with it been a Triton part it’ll last and work properly

It would be great except for one big problem and one lesser one (will annoy some more than others). The biggest problem and the main reason for the loss of a star is that its not supplied with a rubber washer. Yes, shower heads aren't supplied with these washers anymore but, for me, this was a bigger problem; the head wouldn't screw in far enough to seal around the existing washer in the shower hose. So, water leaked quite a lot from that connection. I had to go and buy another pack of washers (1/2 inch) and use this with two washers fitted together for enough thickness to seal. The washers aren't expensive...but what a nuisance.Now the lesser problem: I have a gravity fed bath/shower mixer (low water pressure), so it was very important to get a shower head with decent enough pressure for a stand up shower (its never going to be high pressure). This shower head has as good a flowrate as my old showerhead, which was very happy with, but the spread of the flow is just a bit too narrow.That was acceptable until the weather turned cold. When there's a slight chill in the air, this showerhead doesn't spread the water enough to keep your body warm enough (when standing under it for a shower). Lots of bits get cold, which I didn't notice with the old showerhead. The old showerhead was cheap as chips (around £12) and lasted over 15 years, only let down by the rubber, wipe clean, nozzles disintegrating. Its now very difficult to find as good a product, even if paying more money. Shiny things overriding progress.This head would be great for use while sitting in the bath and showering or for washing hair. It has three settings, the fastest jet is very powerful (and very narrow). The selector is very good; easy to switch with a positive click. There is a ring/bezel around the nozzle face that unscrews for cleaning under the nozzles. The instructions show how to do that. This is a good function but the ring/bezel unscrews a little too easily on mine, though, it didn't cause me any problems.

We have been using this shower head for several years over multiple houses and shower types and it just works well.We've used it with electric and power showers and it's always better than the head that's supplied with any unit.Good solid spray and the 3 options are really all you need.Solidly built and holds up well over time even in very hard water areas like we're we live.

Bought this as a replacement for an original shower head on an electric shower. Feels good quality without being too heavy and looks good. Very easy to install. Has 3 spray patterns and appears to work well with the shower. Arrived next day as advertised.

We've had a few shower heads that presented various inconveniences from cheap ones to the ones that have the cleaning beads in them. They either clogged up or caused the shower to run hot or cold to sometimes taking ages to get warm. This one is basic in comparison but it just works. OK so it doesn't have the fine spray or purified water but this just works and works well. It's an original triton part on a triton shower so it works like it should. There are different spray patterns and that's enough for us and the shower heats up as it should.

This product replaced my old Triton Shower head, fitted perfectly.Note: This product does not come with any washers
