Q: Not turning on flashing blue and then red can anyone help please?

The red is power off /low battery, so make sure it’s charged. The flashing blue is it trying to link to Bluetooth

Q: How do you connect to kids profile as it cuts of the connection every single time I change to a kids profile!!!!

Hi there, Please refer to the below instructions to try again: 1. Please delete all the other old pairing data in your other devices if you connected with other Bluetooth devices before. (Bluetooth will always connect with the last device automatically, so it couldn't find the new device or always disconnected with our headphones.） 2. Restart your tablet then turn on the Bluetooth. 3. Power on the headphones, press and hold the"+" button and "-" button of the headphones simultaneously for 4 seconds in the power-on state to clear the pairing list. Then the headphones will automatically enter into the Bluetooth pairing mode, and the red and blue lights flash alternately( please make sure both your tablet and the headphones have not been connected to other devices).
