hi is this a soft close seat?

No, it´s not. The toilet seat with "soft close" is the reference 801512004.

I just need a replacement seat and already have soft closing hinges from before. Are the normal hinges interchangeable with soft closing hinges?

No they're not. The seat is either drilled correctly for either soft close or removable design.

My damaged lid says 073475 n/f Dama Senso on it. Will this replacement fit?

The seat I received says Roca Dana Senso and looks the same as your photograph but has the number 201441. Why not write to Roca customer services and get the manufacturers advice.
