This mat is outstanding. It works great and is just what we needed in the basement for our workout area. It's super secure (though we did add some grip tape to the bottom so we can move on it without it sliding around), looks awesome, helps me grip great when doing HIIT workouts, and is comfortable even when doing yoga without shoes.

I like this mat. It helps with the cushion while I workout. I have been working out on carpet with a regular mat, and this is better. It does slide around some on the carpet but easy to just move right back.Only drawback is that it is not cat-claw-proof but I am not sure that is really possible.

Good mat, I have it under a area rug. So I can't really comment on how durable it is, but it does well to support us while working out. I do feel like the cushioning could be better when I do push-ups. Kinda goes flat and I can feel that thru the area rug, but works well for what it is and much better than just the rug.

Perfect size for home workout room. We were unsure whether the thickness of the product would be enough but it does provide comfort during impact workouts. It’s light weight makes it easy to roll it up and store in the closet. I would recommend this product. I would add it did have a slight smell but we set it outside for a few hours and it went away.

The mat is pretty thin but good quality. It works perfectly under our cage and bench, but not sure if I would use it for cardio exercises.

Perfect fit in our garage gym and the thickness and comfort is great. Good feel with bare feet or with shoes on.
