Is each tenda model compatible with each other? I need the pass through adapter as an input and wifi extender downstairs

I have 2 different Tenda models and they work well together.

Does this have to be plugged into pc or can it extend WiFi signal, if so, how?

You plug it into your router and into the wall socket. You plug another socket into the wall where you want your Internet to be stronger, this socket will have an ethernet port on it so you CAN plug it into your computer AND/OR it will send a WiFi signal to your devices, so short answer, no, you don't have to plug it into your computer but.you can.
