Not only that I feel satiated longer with these bars than others. They do have a high calorie count, but when you're out and you just MUST eat, this is far better than McDonalds. I like the mocha chocolate chip version better the the other flavors. It does have real chocolate chips in it here and there. The bark is kind of sticky but you just peel down the packaging and work from there..As I said above, I can be absolutely crazy about some brand of bar and eat it for quite an extended period and then one day I just can't face it anymore. I don't have this experience with this bar and I've used it far more than any other bar. It contains 10 grahams of protein and I'm finding it's only practical to buy them by the box rather than by the bar. They're in the price range of most other bars but sometimes they go on a deep sale so that's the time to stock up. These have to have a very long shelf life and the oare organic!!

Clean and simple ingredients and sugar free. Sense satisfying. My hubby says they need more chocolate but I think they are fine. Lots of flavors tho honestly they all pretty much taste the same.

Being a postpartum mom i needed to add additional forms of protein to my diet to support breastfeeding. These protein bars are quick easy ways to add 10g to my daily intake and very yummy! They had a flavor was delicious for any coffee and chocolate lover and having so caffine definitely helped with the long sleepless nights in early postpartum. My These always felt like a treat to eat. The only thing i would make others aware of these bars can be a bit chewy as a texture. But i rather chewy than amy other dry protein bars!

Costly. Better values for similar or higher amounts of protein without dairy are available elsewhere. The one advantage of this product is that it is smooth, there are no scratchy contents.

Chocolate and mocha are my favorites. Chewy and very tasty. Be careful tho, I've bought these a couple of times from Amazon they are a month or two to the expiration date. So I freeze them to extend the ability to eat beyond the expiration date. They freeze well.
