Excellent bioactive forms, great dosages (especially b6 which can cause neuropathy in high doses) and great thiamine forms, and the best part is NO FILLERS. Two forms of Folate and B12 are great too!Only gripe is that it doesn't contain choline, which would have mde this perfect. Will stick with it for a while.

I've been ordering Elliot's products since 2019 and can attest to this product's consistent and improving quality. Recently, I noticed that this B-complex smells better than the previous editions. Like always, it is a clean supplement with no fillers and high quality ingredients.

I was going to take it but it looks weird. It's not out of date, BB 01/26. Like it got wet and dried maybe. I don't want to take it until I know if this is normal.

I take this because it includes TTFD B1 and reduces how many different supplements I have to take. Price is great for value, improved energy and mental health.
