Perfect 👌
Works perfect. Screen replacement just got funner for me lol. (1) I fitted my phone to the device and put the suction cup to the bottom left. (2) I pre heated the phone and then placed back in device and applied section cup. (3) slowly lift, stop add some heat,slowly lift repeat until screen lifts. 🖖🏽

Not fix with my iphone 12. I can’t open yet

It doesnt work
The suction is not strong enough to lift the screen without popping off especially one that has never been opened even though you heat it quite a bit. I ended up just use the old technique of slowly prying it open a little at a time. Returning it!

Suction Cup very HARD
The suction cup is very hard and that is why it does not have a good suction.

The clamp could be better and not hit the buttons on the side of phone other then that works well

Doesn’t hold modern iPhones tight enough
The product can hold small iPhones or thin ones. So any device with the home button or the iPhone X series. The clamp is poorly made, making it impossible to work on the newer models that are thicker. This product had a lot of potential, but for the price I am extremely disappointed. To work on any newer models, like iPhone 12 and above, it was easily more than one attempt with the screen properly heated to remove it. The phone would slide off with the suction cup.
