You mean once it’s applied but before it’s eventually washed out I presume. Well, yes it does. It leaves the hair in a bit of an oily state and takes a bit if washing out too. That said, it worked for us well and if you leave it overnight and wash in the morning then you need not face the world with greasy-looking locks.
