The quality of the tabs and the tubes all seem to be good but after taking these for a few days I don't feel any difference. Maybe it's just me burning the candle at both ends. They taste alright though and I'm sure they contain good beneficial ingredients. Definitely have some strong B vitamins judging by my brightly yellow coloured urine after taking them.
