It took a while to get the hang of and I did a couple of nails too thick after listening to advice from other reviews lol so a bit lumpy on the end but I’m really pleased with how they came out on my first go. Looking forward to seeing how long they last and trying the other colours!I see what people are saying that its waxy but that’s just the texture of the gel before it’s cured, afterwards it feels hard like acrylic. It’s sticky when you’re putting it on so I’ll be more careful next time and do it over a towel. There are instructions for 2 methods of application. I tried the one where you paint the gel onto the plastic moulds and then print it onto your finger so I can’t speak for the other method but I had no problems getting it to work.If anything would make this set better it would be more clips because I needed to use them and there’s 2 so I could only cure 2 nails at a time, making it take longer. But it’s excellent value for money and you can always get more clips elsewhere.

You do get everything you need in the kit, but everything is really small.I did manage to do a set of nails and they came out cute but I feel like I have to buy more alcohol/slip solution already..The lamp is surprisingly good.My overall opinion is that it’s good for people that want to try out doing their own nails.

The box arrived and was tiny which made me wonder what on earth I’d ordered however, upon opening it everything was there it was just really efficiently packed up so took as little space as possible which is great as reduces packaging.Everything was smalller than the picture leads you to believe, it seems almost miniature.The gems were very limited, a few in the bottom of each compartment, can’t see them lasting long.The nail moulds aren’t shaped like any I’ve seen before, I do prefer the straight ones anyway but these are unusually and unnaturally bendy and the arch is way to high making them difficult to fit. Having said that, I didn’t get as far as actually using them so perhaps it’d be ok once you put on the poly gel and press onto nailThe nail tip strips were in a plastic packet and placed into a larger packet with the other nail stickers unfortunately, they’d been put in with the bottom of one of the corners folded up so half the first strip of tipstrips wouldn’t be any good as they’ve been folded in half for however long they’ve been in there.There was supposed to be two rolls of the strip tape (I’m still quite new to this so don’t know the proper names of stuff as you can probably tell 🤭🫣😂) in the box but there was none.However, the base coat was so thick that it was impossible to use. It wouldn’t cure at all. I assume that it won’t cure due to the thick gluginess of it and not a dodgy lamp but I don’t know? Either way. I couldn’t go any further than base coat so will have to send back.Also, the pen/brush/spatula thing, the tops don’t stay on so get dirty.Some of the poly gel is rock hard, don’t know how it would be squeezed out of the bottle.Sending back today. Shame.

Amazing kit, a bit difficult to use at first but u get the hang of it

the gels and such in this are great, the lamp however..... i used it maybe a max of 3 times and inbetween not using it it was kept in the box and kept near my desk...on the 3rd use it instantly started smoking out the back power hole where i had just plugged it in and kept smoking for quite a while after i had of course unplugged it, it absolutely stunk and i definitely DONT RECOMMEND THE LAMPi had to really vent my property so myself and my animals werent consumed by the smell of burning so really not happy about that.

First time using polygel and great experience. Easy application once you get the hang of it,no toxic smell and also instructions very easy and clear. Only thing is the color selection. I thought I was getting white, but I got clear.
