Works pretty well. I already had a propane torch
Works pretty well. I already had a propane torch. Don't think a heat gun would have been good enough. I have BIG cracks in my asphalt driveway and melted almost 3 boxes of this stuff into them. I tried other things before, but none of those came close to what this stuff does. The only thing would be better would be to hire a professional with the equipment that has what is basically this stuff melted to a high degree that applies a lot of it. I'm sure that would be much more expensive. Go on youtube and view some videos to see how it works.

Doesn't work as described. Lasts one season during winter filled collapses.

This is far superior to any cold applied crack sealer
I have some major cracks, was harder to apply but this is far superior to any cold applied sealer. I did both - cold applied cracked, this nope and it has turned cold around my parts. Great stuff, bought more of this locally, well worth the price.
