does it come off when you eat or drink
Can this be used to cover gap between two front teeth?
How long does it take to set. Mine took 24hrs?
How do I remove it? Will it fall out by time, or a dentist have to get it out?

Lifesaver in an emergency
I bought the Dr Denti temporary filling as a quick fix after losing a small filling over christmas and unable to reach my dentist's office as they were closed, and honestly, I’m impressed. I wasn’t expecting much from a DIY dental product, but this stuff really came through!- Easy to use – The instructions were clear, and the putty-like material was easy to apply with just a small tool or even a cotton swab. Took me about 5 minutes total.- Stays in place – I was worried it might fall out quickly, but it actually lasted several days until I could see my dentist. It held up through eating and brushing (I was careful, of course).- Relieved discomfort – It sealed the area well and really helped reduce sensitivity and pain from the exposed tooth.- Affordable emergency fix – For the price, it’s a no-brainer to keep in your medicine cabinet just in case.Of course, it’s not meant to replace a real filling long-term, but as a temporary solution, it absolutely does the job. Highly recommend for anyone needing quick relief while waiting for a dental appointment!

Not good, too dry, falls out almost immediately
I would not recommend this for the following reasonsvery little product for the moneyVery dry so crumbles when appliedIf you manage to get it to stay in, don't eat or drink for a few hours and don't eat on the side you have filled or it will come out immediatelyDon't brush the filled tooth or use mouth wash as it will come out.My dentist said best to use a cheese wax to stuff in the gap (like off a baby bell). It is non toxic.Never tried it but has to be better than this product

Does its job but is cosmetically ugly.
This is different to the one I ordered, they must of changed the listing. I received two of these packets. The syringe has a clay like thing in, squeeze a tiny bit out and paste onto the area. I found it stuck better if I spat on the paste, it's saliva activated. It's a gross yellow when it dries and looks horrible, but it stops food getting into holes and sensitivity. Make sure your teeth are clean before using it or you will be blocking the ick in and that's gross.

The best of a bad lot!
It gets 5 stars because, of all the different solutions I've tried, this is the easiest to use and stays in the longest: however, the problem with ALL such kits is that they will not supply really adhesive emergency fillings because the perceived danger is that we're all stupid and we won't later go to the dentist to get a proper fix. Frankly, I find this insulting, but we're stuck with it. Twice, in remote locations, I've needed an emergency filling while in agony. This year a trip to the nearest dentist would have taken 2 4-hour boat journeys and a bus, with no guarantee of finding someone anyway. I was in acute pain and needed something that would be un-moveable when used. I used a different product from this one, and it was hell to get it to stay in at all and was a real nightmare to use. It fell apart all the time. Emergency use should mean just that, and there's a difference between "emergency" and "temorary". "Emergency" should mean a damn good adhesive that needs a dentist's drill to remove it - otherwise, what's the point? I'm the one to judge whether I'm stupid enough to leave a self-administered filling in place while serious decay occurs under it, but we're in a nanny society and they don't give us that choice. Therefore, coming to this specific Dr Denti product which I subsequently used, this is still a fiddle to get into the hole in the tooth but it has the following 2 advantages:-1) It is zinc oxide, therefore it actually sets better when wet with saliva. Other products suggest you keep the site dry, now THAT'S a joke!2) It is still relatively fragile even when left to set as per instructions, BUT it is still much stronger in situ than the other 3 products I've used on the past. I managed to keep mine in without fracturing for nearly a week.It is easy to roll a small ball of the stuff (keep it small) and shove into a hole in a tooth. Not having to keep the area dry is a massive bonus. My only query - and only time will tell me the answer to this - is that having opened the packaging and pushed the plunger to get out the tiny amount I needed, what guarantee do I now have that the rest won't slowly oxidise and I'm left with a solid block when I next most need it? I've sealed it back up as best possible, but if anyone can post a comment about re-using the pack at a later date, I'd be grateful.I'D ALSO BE EXTREMELY PLEASED IF ANY POSTERS ON HERE CAN SUPPLY DETAILS ON WHERE TO GET A DENTAL-GRADE FILLER THAT YOU COULD TRUST FOR SEVERAL WEEKS ON A REMOTE EXPEDITION. Fills Cavitys, Stops toothache
Very easy to apply, no mixing with hot water or anything like that, its cheap compared to others out there, had a massive gaping whole in the side of my teeth and while i waited to go to the dentist this was the perfect product, once i used it to plug up my cavity i was pain free in about an hour once my mouth stoped throbbing from the messing around, lasts for about a week+ per appliance and you get about 7 appliances depending on how big your hole is ( mine was about 1cm) it plugs up the tiny wholes going to your root so you should be able to eat and drink without feeling any pain, if you put the apply the right amount you should not get any nasty taste, the taste is not great if you do manage to get it around your mouth but you wont careif you got a cavity and your putting of going the dentist i recommend this product, worth the priceI do not recommend the product "Toothy peg" i got recommended this by a dentist and this was a waste of money, rubbish product and triple the price compared to this,

تجربة رائعة بشكل عام. سأوصي بها للأصدقاء والعائلة.
1. Clean the affected tooth area. 2. Dry the tooth. 3. Open the tooth filling tube and take a small amount of the filling material. 4. Apply the filling material to the tooth. 5. Press gently and shape the filling as needed. 6. Allow it to set for a few hours before eating or drinking.
Safety Warning
This is a temporary solution for fallen seals or toothaches. Do not use it as a long-term solution. Seek out a dental expert immediately.
