I have been using this for many years, and I prefer the new bag packaging to the plastic jar. I do find it hard to seal at times, that is the only negative. I feel its hard to quantify the effects as I have been taking this consistently for years and years so can't compare it, but as a product I find there is not much taste, and it is such a fine powder it is easy to mix into anything. My mum recently tried another powder which was not as finely milled and it had a stronger fish taste and was harder to mix, so I would recommend this one. I really like, and even though it feels very expensive to spend £50 on collagen at a time it is quite comparable to other brands, which might seem cheaper but are a smaller amount.
