You never think of it as one of the major brands, but this is wrong. Everything I have gotten from them, though cheap, has proven to be solid and a workhorse. My food processor is still working great since 2008!This is no exception (though I just got it, so can't speak for longevity yet). After I tried others (the last one, a bestseller, had a tiny water tank, lasted half the time it said, and had no pause button, meaning it kept steaming. Not this one. Simple pause/on switch, large tank, and really strong, night and day in ease of getting rid of wrinkles. Also sturdy design, no danger of tipping. A little heavy when tank is full, but that's up to you. Seems to last for ages--will post again when I empty a tank in one go.Also: use the brush. I read it in the instructions (no other steamer said that) and it's amazing how much easier it is. It really has an impact. Very happy with purchase and price.

I was a bit skeptical of this steamer. It works as stated. Gets wrinkles out quickly and easily. So much easier than an iron! Doesn't leave water spots on clothing. The only problem I have is the brush part falls off kind of easily if you aren't careful. Still happy for the price. Even my teenager uses it and I don't think she's ever ironed in her life! No more avoiding certain clothing items when you are feeling too lazy to iron! Not too heavy so easy to move around. Decent size.

I had a very old steamer that I thought worked well until I got this as a replacement. The large reservoir means I can do all my items without stopping and waiting for the steamer to cool down to be able to refill. The reservoir attaches to the bottom unlike my old one that could burn you as you had to remove the head to add water. The handle and trigger are comfortable to use and it heats so quick and puts out a ton of steam.

Ordered this product about 3 months. I read many reviews that said it spits water and many that said it didn't. Took the chance, worked great at first, eventually though, water spitting everywhere, on the clothes soaking them even, leaking down my hand when in use, on the counter where it sits. Leaving a complete mess to clean up after. It's useless at this point.

I like that this holds more water than my old steamer but that makes this one quite heavy and awkward to use. I don’t like the on/off button because it’s hard to move. It has also started spitting water on my clothes when I start steaming them which is just irritating. Probably wouldn’t purchase again.

I have used this to steam curtains at my home and in our fellowship hall at church. I’ve also used it to freshen our bed pillows and the couches and chairs. I used it a few days ago to loosed something that was stuck on the carpet in my car. I wish I had bought one sooner.
