Resiners Resin Curing Machine for Tumblers

I looked forward to receiving this to help with my resin artwork. I was disappointed because it needs a transformer to work here in the UK, but there's no mention of this in any of the item description on the web, and no mention of this in the enclosed instructions. This purchase was expensive, and the added expense of purchasing a transformer made it unsuitable for me. I returned it. The refund was quick and easy.

Well I’m using stone coat art resign on wine glasses and it heats up the resign that it just runs and ruins my patterns wasn’t even starting to dry after 1 hr

Updated review: after posting my previous review the company reached out to me. I sent them a video and before I knew it I had a new machine at my door, literally less than a week of me leaving the review. The new machine works great, it stays on the entire time and definitely helps the curing process. I’m happy with my new machine.I’ve had this since November but it has not worked properly since day one. It only stays on for about a minute. I stopped using it and then started back a few weeks ago and decided to come check out th reviews to see if I’m doing something wrong. But I’m not , apparently this is a normal issue for this machine. I personally don’t think it’s worth the money. At this point it’s a over priced dust blocker.

I can't say enough about this product. I was extremely nervous but am so glad I decided to take the plunge. It works great and as a tumbler maker it is a life saver. It is easy to put together and dries the epoxy so fast. If you are on the fence like I was just take my word and buy it. You can thank me later!

Update #2: customer service was fantastic . Received my new machine in days. I've only run it for a short amount of time but no issues with it turning off so I'm going to assume it works. Very happy with my experience.Update: the seller has agreed to ship a new machine. I appreciate the effort they put into getting my issue resolved. Changing my rating. Hopefully no issues with the new machine!Unfortunately I waited too long to use it and my return window is too late. It shuts off after 30 seconds. Beyond disappointed! I contacted customer service and am waiting for a return email.

Update: Company said to get my product replacement/issues handled from their contacts through Amazon but it directs me right back to the direct company website. I am returning this, and it still runs 1 min 30 seconds, not for an hour. I wish I had a better product review to share! Hopefully my refund experience is much better lol (and I was sooo excited to get this..... I am super bummed and disappointed to write this review update for a broken new machine that doesn't run) :(Disappointed! Only runs for 1 minute & 30 seconds at a time (timed this each time) and doesn't stay running! According to the description it is supposed to run for an hour.... I have reached out to the company and will update a review if something changes, but for now - I wish I could give this ZERO stars! Setup was easy, and if it did run I am sure this would be great- but this is doing nothing for me and trying my tumblers :(
