Purchased to replace the aging gumstick in my minidisc player. Immediately suspicious as it came with no charge at all. Then charged to full in about an hour. (A full charge should take about 3.5 hours according to the instruction book). It then played for about 4 tracks ~15 mins and the player shut down. No low battery, just full charge to off. Have tried several charge/discharge cycles but it holds no charge. Messaged the vendor and had no problems with vendor refunding the sale.

At the moment, they seem to be as good as the originals.

I've a number of flat (chewing gum type ) batteries for various old, but loved equipment. This was perfect, my only concern is that great care is needed to put batteries in to charge. Once in its fine, but if not correct the sprung contact pings down whether used up right or flat. I think the sprung contact(movable one) needs either a little indent or cup to take battery contact. Or possibly a weaker spring. Apart from that its a good piece of kit, works well, and well priced.
